Ghanaian actress, model, and film producer, Yvonne Nelson has sent a message to folks who have a behaviour of sharing their success stories on social media.
The actress appreciated the spirit-lifting stories, and also believed it is unfair when such events are told without the author including their struggles and process it took to attain success.
In a tweet Yvonne recently posted, she also believed success is not magic; and stories without a full narrative are filled with half-truths and deception.
“If you wanna inspire with your success story, say it all, the backstory, the craziness,” she wrote.
“Don’t make it look easy when it wasn’t. Don’t sugar coat it! Stop lying to people. It’s not MAGIC.”
