Destiny, the daughter of Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor and Founder of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, has made a spectacle of a particular “Miss Holier than thou, Assistant Jesus and Convenient Christian.”
Pastor Eneche’s daughter remarked in a Facebook post based on beauty that this ‘Miss Holier than thou, Assistant Jesus, and Convenient Christian’ quotes scripture on one post and then makes slanderous remarks on the next, forgetting what the bible quoted the day before.
According to Destiny, taste is a matter of opinion, and God’s criterion for beauty is the only one that matters.
She wrote;
“Dear Miss Holier than thou, Assistant Jesus and Convenient Christian; is that a log in your eye while you criticize the speck in mine? You quote scripture on one post then make derogatory comments on the next, forgetting what the bible you quoted the previous day says.
“Everyone knows the scripture “I am fearfully and wonderfully made” but sometimes we forget what that full verse says. “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.” Psalm 139:14 KJV. Another translation says “I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord!” Psalms 139:14 TPT.“Beauty as they say is in the eye of the beholder. It is not compulsory to find every person or their picture beautiful but then to go as far as insults is basically you saying, “God this work you made is not marvellous”… Ahhh nawa ooo. Don’t you fear God?
“If you’re jealous, just use your chest and say so and then ask God to help you because an attempt to belittle someone or make them feel low will never take you up, it would only show a negative side of you and any supposed outer beauty you might have, automatically decreases.
“You might not like my long face, my fivehead, my blade jawline, my dark skin, etc and that is okay. Nobody is forcing you to like it. Taste is subjective after all. My beauty isn’t measured by society’s standards of beauty but by God’s standard. I am seated in Heavenly places so to try to place myself on society’s standard would be an insult. Vultures cannot fly at the same height as Eagles fly. I may be in this world but I am not of this world. I know who I am in Christ and I hope you do too.
“The same way I can’t police what you write online is the same way you can’t police what I post. As my father said during a message “If the message is too hot for you, you can actually carry your bag and go.”
