A guy claims that Femi Falana, a human rights activist, has stood aside from pursuing justice for the late Mohbad and representing his family.
In the recording, the guy mentioned that the late singer’s family had been giving interviews to various media outlets and claiming conflicting things.
The individual further stated that the ace lawyer’s chamber had been dragged for a long time due to the late Mohbad’s family’s conduct.
In the tape, the guy also stated that Aloba’s family was split and not yet ready to band together to fight for justice.
He further said that the judge indicated that it was typical for such to happen and that Falana should not withdraw since he has a respected name.
Remember how Aloba, the late Mohbad’s father, and his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, were on each other’s necks. Aloba said that Wunmi intended to murder him.
Wunmi, in turn, sued his father-in-law for defamation and served him with a per-action notice.
