Chidimma Adetshina, Miss Universe Nigeria and the first runner-up of Miss Universe 2024, faced criticism from South Africans after she was seen in their country.
A video shared online shows her enjoying herself while chatting with women at the Life Grand Cafe in Waterfront, Cape Town.
A South African named Kwena Moleka reported that Chidimma exited the country through shady methods and returned confidently.
Kwena claims that Chidimma has flouted the laws and has a contemptible attitude towards those she and her mother are accused of defrauding.
Kwena criticized the actions of the Home Affairs Border Management Agency, saying they are suspicious. She mentioned that Cape Town is a place where international criminals can find refuge.
As a result, one internet user argued that Home Affairs is allowing foreign nationals to ignore the law. Others also criticized Chidimma Adetshina, suggesting she couldn’t remain in Nigeria.
