The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has granted crossdresser Idris Okuneye better known as Bobrisky bail but seizes his international passport as he is yet to fulfil bail conditions.
It was reported that EFCC arrested and detained Bobrisky on Wednesday night, Apri 3rd, 2024 at its Lagos command over abuse of naira, spraying of naira notes and currency mutilation.
The EFCC summoned the 31-year-old after a video surfaced of him spraying and flaunting wads of fresh Naira notes at the premiere of Ajakaju, a film produced by Nollywood actress and producer Eniola Ajao, at Film One Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos, on March 24, 2024.
According to commission sources, Bobrisky has been granted bail, but he is yet to fulfil the requirements for release.
