Famous Nigerian content creator Denilson Igwe went live to sincerely apologize to his former junior colleague, Emmanuella, for speaking poorly about her in a recent viral podcast interview.
The situation escalated when Denilson made serious accusations against his former partner, Mark Angel, during his conversation with Nedu Wazobia on the Honest Bunch podcast.
He claimed that Mark Angel had deceived him regarding his rightful royalties and further asserted that Mark Angel was also defrauding Emmanuella of her earnings.
Denilson Igwe described a troubling scenario concerning Emmanuella’s living conditions, stating that Mark Angel had her and her colleague, Aunty Success, residing in a house populated by males, a situation he considered unsuitable for a young girl.
The situation escalated when a supposed voice note of Emmanuella’s harsh reply appeared online. In the recording, she was very direct, making hurtful comments and insults towards Denilson.
In a heartfelt and open live video, Denilson Igwe spoke about the aftermath. He strongly asked critics to refrain from targeting Emmanuella for her tough remarks, showing his empathy for her reaction.
He recognized that he was wrong for dragging her into a conflict that wasn’t really her issue and accepted that his behavior led her to respond in anger.
