An audit panel set up by the Enugu State Government to conduct staff audit through biometric capturing said today that it has uncovered 3,916 ghost workers in the 17 local government council areas of the state while presenting its report to the governor.
The chairman of the panel and speaker, Enugu State House of Assembly, Edward Ubosi, also disclosed that N161. 5 million was found to be the difference in the wage bill after the exercise.
