A local government boss in Enugu state is getting some stick from online users, after empowering women with head pans and shovels.
According to multiple online reports, the Nsukka Local Government Chairman, Hon Chinwe Ugwu empowered women in the local government area she heads with head pans, shovels and trowels.
This didn’t particularly go down well with Facebook user, Chijinkem Ugwuanyi who shared photos from the empowerment program.
According to Chijinkem Ugwuanyi the local government boss allegedly shared 50 head pans, 50 shovels and 20 trowels. Sharing the photos, Chijinkem Ugwuanyi wrote;
