The family of Salome Eleojo Adaidu, who was reportedly killed by gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi, has shared details about their connection.

A Facebook user named Alli Stephen stated that Salome was not Timileyin’s girlfriend, contradicting popular belief. He claimed that Timileyin lied during his police arrest and that Salome was more like a sister to him.

Alli also mentioned that Salome left her home at 11 am on Sunday, January 12, 2025, to visit a friend in Karu, Nasarawa state, but mistakenly got into the wrong Keke.

According to Alli, he had a conversation with Salome’s older sister at 2 PM and then again at 6 PM that same day. After that, Salome’s sister called him to inform him that Salome was dead. He added that the bike man, who allegedly transported her murderer, alerted others because his bag was dripping with blood.

Another Facebook user, Abby Simon, shared that Salome is the younger sister of her friend and was not Timileyin’s girlfriend. She alleged that Timileyin kidnapped the victim and killed her in a horrific manner, and that the police caught him.

Abby mentioned that she is at home and that what happened to Salome is something no family should go through. She also pointed out that she was not a spoiled child and usually kept to herself. Additionally, she rarely left her house unless it was important.

More reason why I can never be moved by what my fellow guys have. If you see how these guys make their money, you would wish to keep hustling in a decent and upright way. God help us o.”
