Toyin Abraham, a Nollywood actress, has recently received criticism from Nigerians.
While her co-stars backed her, her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, kept mute, fueling conjecture.
To demonstrate that their romance is still strong, Kolawole shared an old photo of the couple on Instagram and wished his followers a Happy Sunday.
The scandal began when Toyin detained one of her online detractors and held them in police custody. This prompted charges that she had detained someone’s mother, which Toyin rejected. She added that the mother decided to stay at the police station due to her son’s arrest.
As a result, many Nigerians reported Toyin to Netflix, requesting the streaming platform remove her films and take action against her behaviour.
