Nigerian singer Burna Boy, also called Damini Ogulu, has given his fans some advice on how to face their opponents.
He shared a happy photo with his crew on Instagram, mentioning that the streets have changed and old rules are outdated.
The Grammy-winning artist noted that everyone is now equal and should not receive special treatment.
He recommended that people should take legal action against their rivals to recover their money. Burna Boy wrote:
“The streets ain’t what it used to be. The old rules no longer apply. The way I see it, Everybody is a civilian now.
No more sliding. Just sue your opps to court and take the money”.
This follows two weeks after Burna Boy submitted a petition against rapper Speed Darlington for supposed cyberstalking. The rapper was taken to Abuja and held by the IRT team.
Darlington’s mother claimed that Burna Boy and his team caused her son’s arrest and pleaded with the Grammy-winning artist to set her son free.
After five days in custody, Speed Darlington was granted bail after fulfilling the police’s requirements at the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team’s office in Guzape, Abuja.
