Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo recently suggested that his fans should have a conversation with their partners about the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) to understand their views on the recent strikes and minimum wage issues in Nigeria.
He hopes that this discussion will help them make informed decisions for their future.
This is coming days after the NLC had declared a nationwide strike over a new minimum wage and the recent hike in electricity tariff for Band A customers.
His words: “Ask your lover what he/she thinks about the ongoing NLC & TUC strike in Nigeria, & their thoughts on the demand for a new minimum wage & listen to WHAT you are dating.
“I really hope for the sake of your kids born & unborn, the LOYL knows the meaning & function of NLC & TUC, otherwise Adieu in addy. Do you agree with the NLC & TUC on their demands?”
