Fans of Nigerian music stars Wizkid and Burna Boy were upset when Forbes declared Davido the richest artist in Africa for 2024.
The list included Wizkid, Burna Boy, Rema, and Don Jazzy in the top five. Davido topped the list with $100 million, followed by Don Jazzy at $50 million, Burna Boy at $30 million, Wizkid at $25 million, and Rema at $15 million.
This information comes from a publication by the American Business magazine for 2024.
Rema said in one of his songs that the Big Three is gone because he is now the fourth. The Forbes ranking has led to disagreements among fans, with many unhappy about the list.
This comes during the recent online clash between Davido and Wizkid that took over social media.
