A former senior adviser to the immediate past president of Nigeria, Doyin Okupe, has been detained by the anti-graft agency, EFCC, the PDP spokesman, Ologbodiyan has revealed.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday, reportedly detained Doyin Okupe, the Media Adviser to the Director General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation.
A Tweet by Kola Ologbondiyan, the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday night read: “Media Adviser to the Director General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, @doyinokupe detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes commission.”
He added, “It is a season of assault, harassment and intimidation for the members of PDP. Details shortly…”
