Nigerian filmmaker Fred Amata has conveyed his affection for his former partner and the mother of one of his children, Ibinabo Fiberesima.
According to GistLover, Ibinabo recently posted photographs of herself with Fred, expressing her admiration for him. She referred to him as the father of her daughter while articulating her feelings for him. In a subsequent post, she shared an image of Fred with their daughter, reiterating her love for him.
In response, Fred Amata commended Ibinabo in the comments, highlighting her thoughtful nature. He acknowledged her caring disposition and generous spirit, affirming his love for her by stating, “Ever thoughtful, ever caring IB with your big heart. Love you too”.
This exchange occurred shortly after Ibinabo had a reunion with Agatha Amata, Fred’s former spouse. She posted a picture of herself with Agatha, accompanied by Peter Okoye’s song, “Winning,” which features the lyrics, “I will rather congratulate you than hate you.” .“Ever thoughtful, ever caring IB with your big heart. Love you too”.
It is worth noting that Fred and Agatha ended their marriage in 2005, during which they had two children, Oreva and Stephanie.
In a past interview, Agatha acknowledged the emotional impact of her separation from Fred, despite recognizing that their marriage was not working. She mentioned that while some people wish for a reconciliation, she believes that no one can wish her well better than she can herself. Agatha emphasized her commitment to co-parenting and maintaining a friendship with Fred, despite the challenges, as she believes that an unhappy home cannot foster happy children.
After his divorce from Agatha, Fred began a relationship with actress Ibinabo Fiberesima. The couple, who were reportedly married, share a daughter and are successfully co-parenting. Although there were rumors of a rekindled romance, particularly during a family gathering at Omotola Jalade Ekeinde’s birthday celebration, Ibinabo clarified that Fred is her baby daddy, and they maintain a cordial relationship.
