Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has given a word of assurance to her friend, Eniola Badmus.
The bond between Eniola and Funke is pretty tight as the duo have publicly displayed their love for each other on various occasions on social media.
In a recent post on Eniola Badmus’ page, she shared a childhood throwback photo of her mum and herself whiles wished her late mum a happy rest and recounted the happy times they had together.
She wrote: “May the soul of my mum continue to rest on I MISS YOU MAMA,”
Funke Akindele slid under the post and comforted Eniola with the words that she is now the mother to Eniola after she lost her mother.
Funke wrote: “Amen. I’m your mum now. I love you.”
Meanwhile, Eniola Badmus was recently almost moved to tears after her friend and colleague, Funke Akindele, surprised her with a huge gift on her birthday.
Eniola Badmus turned 38 on, September 7 and she took to her Instagram page to pen down a touching note of appreciation to God for her life.
The plus sized actress intimated that the last 12 months of her life has taught her to be grateful always and she expressed appreciation to God for the gift of life and amazing fans who have been praying for her.
According to Eniola, she went through a lot of things in her previous year but God chose to keep her and her name high and prayed that God will perfect everything that concerns her and continue to let her light shine bright as she averred that this is just the beginning.
Taking to her Instagram page, Eniola Badmusi shows off a heap of bundled naira notes running into millions and according to her, Funke Akindele was the one who gifted her the money and expressed how shocked she by the gesture shown her by her friend as she claims she did not see it coming.
