In a lighthearted and surprising tweet on X, Nigerian comedian and singer Nasboi, also known as Lawal Michael Nasiru Bolaji, reached out to Davido with a unique request.
He asked Davido for one of his unused luxury cars. Nasboi said he wants to pay for it in installments until Davido says he can stop.
The tweet has caused a mix of reactions, with many finding it funny and others impressed by Nasboi’s daring approach. Nasboi’s tweet reads:
“Senior man @davido any car wey you no dey use abeg. I fit dey pay small small. Higher purchase. I know say one day you say make I no pay again”
Davido is still silent about the post that seems like a joke. Nasboi’s tweet was made after Davido received a 2025 Rolls Royce Spectre in 2024. The Small Money musician had tweeted previously:
“Senior man @davido congratulations on your rolls Royce. E get any car wey you no dey use wey just dey garage dey waste? Abeg make I come house come collect am.”
See some reactions below:
@OmoladeAdnan: Be humble and speak up make your helper no think say you dey okay. Nasboi know say if him humble & speak up, Davido fit give am car wey dey garage 😄
