Channels TV had a live interview with Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State over discussions of the abducted schoolboys.
Gov. Masari made it clear that the security agencies in the state were making efforts to monitor the location of the abducted schoolboys.
The reporter was shocked by the reply the governor gave him after he went further to ask him why Buhari hasn’t been able to visit the school of the kidnapped.
The reporter asked;
“Governor Masari, I’m sure you would have seen a lot of questions and comments from Nigerians asking why the president has not visited the school, did you get any response regarding that?”
Governor Masari replied saying;
“You go and ask him yourself.”
Though, the reporter wasn’t satisfied with the response, he smiled and said that he visited the President and the people would like to know the update of their meeting.
The Governor replied;
“Your correspondent is part of the entourage of the president, you can ask him to ask the president that question.”
The reporter proceeded with the conversation and said
“Well, why ask him when we can ask you but let’s move on to the next question”
