Stop waiting for Governments jobs, be a business man like ‘Obi Cubana’
The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Multilateral, Donor Agencies and Special Projects and Focal Person, National Social Investment Programme, Prince Abdulkareem Suleiman Onyekehi, has doled out a piece of advice to all graduates.
According to Prince Onyekehi, the government can’t employ all graduates so that they could work to make a living for themselves so they have to take another alternative. He stated that all graduates should learn a trade & start business like ‘Obi Cubana’.
Obi is the chairman of Cubana Group Obi Cubana whose real name is Obi Iyiegbu was born on 12 April 1975 (46) in Oba Anambra State, Nigeria. The businessman who is said to be worth $500,000,000 is married to Ebele Iyiegbu with four boys.
Obi Cubana married his wife Ebele who is a lawyer by profession in 2008.
He then gained admission to the University of Nigeria Nsukka and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
The billionaire businessman founded a Club called Ibiza Club in Abuja in 2006.
He had massive success with Ibiza club and went on to establish Cubana in 2009 in Owerri, Imo State.
As at today Obi has been able to spread Cubana’s reach across various states in the country, including Lagos, Abia and Enugu.
Prince Onyekehi stressed that they should stop waiting for jobs from the government and start ‘something small’. By so doing it will be inevitable for them to succeed.
He wrote on his Facebook page;
“Stop waiting 4govt jobs. Govt can never employ all graduates. Learn trade &start business. Start small like Obi. U will succeed”
