Davido Adeleke, the popular Afrobeats star, recently opened up about a vision his dad, Deji Adeleke, had for him during his wedding.
According to Davido, his father shared with him that he had a vision of him becoming a gospel singer and ending his music career in that genre.
During his wedding to Chioma, Davido playfully shared this moment with their well-wishers, adding a touch of lightheartedness to the occasion.
Davido expressed his optimism and hope that his father’s vision would eventually come true, adding to the excitement leading up to their wedding ceremony.
“In the morning, daddy would say, ‘Davido, I had a vision about you.’ I said, ‘What vision?’ He said, ‘I had a vision that you ended your music as a gospel singer’,” he said.
