APC Elder Extols Tinubu's Ministerial appointment, Cautions Against Menace of Corruption

Reuben Abati, a well-known journalist and former presidential spokesperson, has questioned the whereabouts of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the president of Nigeria.

President Tinubu has not been seen in public for a few days, and Abati noted that there has been no official explanation of his movements, raising questions about Tinubu’s welfare.

The presenter questioned the President’s managers, remarking that they need to always be placing him (Tinubu) in the news so that the populace of the nation could be informed of what was happening.

Abati made the observation that Tinubu hadn’t been spotted in public since the 63rd anniversary celebrations of Nigeria’s independence on October 1, shortly after his protracted journey to New York for the UNGA.

Remember that the president’s whereabouts were unclear until he arrived back in Nigeria on Friday evening, September 29. However, there were unconfirmed claims that he had flown from New York to Paris.

Speaking on the Arsie TV Morning Show, Abati pointed out that there hasn’t been a council meeting, current Ministers haven’t been sworn in, and a number of other critical government tasks haven’t been completed.

The President hasn’t been hosting visitors at Aso Rock, he continued, nor has he been present at any formal events.

Kashim Shettima, the vice president, has been the one recently spotted attending public events, according to Abati.
