Abu Salami, a well-known Nigerian photographer and businessman, has publicly condemned Afrobeat singer Davido for breaching a multi-million dollar contract.
The businessman said that he paid the musician N218 million to influence a football initiative for children, which he did not attend.
To make matters worse, Davido has refused to reimburse him his money and has been threatening him with goons.
He posted a frightening video of himself being beaten up by assailants that he said was provided by the singer.
He revealed that he had paid Davido a huge N218 million out of a N326 million project, expressing his grief.
He had even arranged a day with him and proceeded on a statewide tour across 20 states with an 11-man production team in search of young talented footballers, only for the singer to cancel.
He stated that Davido’s abrupt withdrawal had cost him 42 million naira, citing screenshots of chats between him and the musician.
