A video of a Nigerian man criticizing popular Nigerian singer Davido for spending millions of naira on a pricey car has surfaced online.
As a result of his outrageous purchase of the Maybach Virgil for N394M yesterday, April 27, 2023, Davido, the “Unavailable” singer, became one of the top topics of discussion online.
In response, a social media advisor accused Davido of lacking financial knowledge, saying that he should have invested the money instead of purchasing a car, which he described as a liability that depreciates over time.
The Nigerian man went on to say that Dangote, whose Davido claimed in a Forbes interview that he used to buy two cars every eight years, will be disappointed in the singer for disobeying the advice given to him.
Taking aim at Davido’s new whip, the Nigerian man says that instead of buying himself a new one, he should have invested the money in his wife Chioma, who is a skilled cook, by opening a restaurant for her.
He says; “Davido should have opened a new restaurant for his wife with the money he used to buy a new car.”
