Former BBNaija “All Stars” housemate Adekunle has revealed why he declines gifts from fans as he discusses his relationship with Venita outside of Biggie’s house in a recent radio interview,

Adekunle made it clear that he doesn’t want any gifts of any kind from his fans.

According to Adekunle, when fans and shippers back you because of your affiliation with a specific housemate, there is typically an expectation that arises.

He claimed that when these fans give their idol gifts and the ship sinks, they will turn around and accuse their idol of taking advantage of them.

Adekunle said he had previously requested that his fans refrain from giving him any gifts because he didn’t want them to perceive that he was in some way reliant on them.

Regarding his relationship with Venita, he remarked that it was essentially a ship inside a house, where one is confined and has little knowledge of the other occupants.

He emphasized that he and Venita didn’t really know each other, and while he had witnessed some of her actions and outbursts inside the home, neither of them had ever seen how the other behaved outside of it.
