Abel Blinkz Ogobi, an up-and-coming artist from Nigeria who performs under the name Amb Blinkz, has honored the renowned musician Wizkid.
In a striking display of admiration, he has chosen to tattoo the likeness of his idol on his left hand.
Although currently residing in India, Blinkz hails from Cross River State, Nigeria, and he showcased his new tattoo in a widely circulated photo on Instagram.
He conveyed that Wizkid has significantly impacted his life and career, having inspired him since 2012 when he began to follow the artist’s music.
“Wizkid is my idol. I have real love for him, and that’s why I tattooed his face on my body,” Blinkz shared. “It’s a daily reminder and motivation to carve out a similar path in my own career.”
In other news, A video has emerged showing Nigerian singer Wande Coal confronting a group of young men asking him for money at the Lagos airport.
In the footage, Wande Coal tells the young men to “Fall Back!!” and emphasizes that he is also from the streets, suggesting he knows their challenges but will not give in to their requests.
