Hilarious moment Nigerian mother celebrates son’s birthday with Eba and Soup

A Nigerian mother triggered a social media buzz when she said that any birthday celebration without Eba and soup is phony.

This statement was made as her kid celebrated his birthday with a traditional meal.

In a TikTok video that has gone viral, the mom and her son can be seen  rejoicing with a group of people.

The video shows the son, who is celebrating his birthday, and the mother can be heard discussing birthdays and what she considers “fake” ones.

She commented, “Any birthday celebrated without soup and Garri (Eba) is fake.”

As others joined in the celebration, a closer look at the video reveals a massive pile of Eba on the table, accompanied with soup and other beverages.
