Hilda Baci academy announces Christmas menu cooking class to support budding chefs

Celebrated chef and former Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, has revealed her Christmas Menu Cooking Class aimed at empowering women and aspiring chefs across Nigeria and beyond.

This online class will be held from November 4 to December 9, 2024, and is designed to teach essential cooking skills. Participants can also win fantastic prizes, including a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and ₦10 million cash.

As she launches her 13th class on Telegram, Hilda considers the significant influence her journey has had since 2021.

“With every edition, we’ve not just taught cooking, but we’ve woven a tapestry of dreams, aspirations, and endless possibilities This year, we’re excited to continue this beautiful tradition, opening doors to new opportunities for our participants,” she stated.

The Christmas Menu Cooking Class offers a wide range of topics, with more than 160 recipes, advanced plating methods, pricing strategies, and video editing skills for all levels.

Students will learn to make delicious dishes and acquire important skills for success in the culinary field.

“My commitment to empower women is at the heart of this initiative. The more women we can train to become economically stable, the better our society will be,” Hilda emphasized.

“The academy aims to cultivate a new generation of chefs who can navigate the complexities of the food industry, with a focus on building successful careers in cuisine.

“This year’s class is particularly special, as participants will have the chance to win various digital and kitchen items that can be used to start their culinary journey, aside from the 2018 brand new Hyundai Sonata and the N10m prize money.

“This isn’t just a prize; it’s a token of our journey, a testament to what you can build. I’m overjoyed to announce that our students will walk away with not just skills but also the means to change their lives,” Hilda added.

The Christmas Menu Cooking Class is now accepting registrations for ₦50,000. Cooking fans and future chefs should sign up on Hilda’s Instagram, @myfoodbyhilda, before the deadline on November 3rd.

After you finish the class, you’ll earn a certificate from Chef Hilda Baci that shows your cooking knowledge.
