A Nigerian lady has criticized people who back subpar services online. This reaction comes after a customer was slammed for voicing concerns about the portion size of turkey pepper soup at Hilda Baci’s restaurant, which costs ₦6,000.
In a trending TikTok video, she shared her disappointment with those attacking the customer for their complaint.
The problem started when a customer expressed her disappointment on social media, saying the turkey pepper soup serving was too small for the cost.
Her comments led to mixed responses, with some people criticizing her, arguing she wasn’t the restaurant’s intended customer.
In response, the woman in the video defended the customer, saying that critics were just supporting bad service without thinking.
She mentioned that the unhappy customer recommended the restaurant provide bigger portions at higher prices instead of what she called an unsatisfactory serving for ₦6,000.
The TikTok user also asked about the meal’s quality, wondering why it was “not well-packaged, watery, and cold.”
Although she avoided directly attacking Hilda Baci, she highlighted her worries regarding the restaurant’s service and costs.
