How BBNaija show positively impacted my career – Boma

Former BBNaija contestant, Boma Akpore talked up about how his participation in the competition launched him into the realms of fame.

Boma, who was one of the most talked-about housemates during his time on the program, expressed his appreciation for the amazing exposure and chances that came his way during his time in the BBNaija house.

Boma previously worked as an actor and model in the United States prior to his time on BBNaija. He was evicted from the show after it was believed he had an amorous relationship with Tega, a married housemate.

With a newfound spotlight on his life, Boma delved into the transformative impact that the show had on his career and shared insights into the varying aspects of his post-BBNaija fame.

During the recently completed AMAA award in Lagos State, Boma spoke with reporters and revealed that BBNaija has given him fame and opened opportunities for him.

“Participating in BBNaija gave me fame. You could be talented, and people wouldn’t still know your worth. But BBNaija made me a household name in the entertainment industry.

“It made it easier for people to connect and know what I do for a living” he said.
