Ransford Afari, a Yoni massage therapist, shared his story of significant weight loss, which he credits to the regular sexual activity he had with his ex-girlfriend from Liberia.
In an interview on GhOne’s show *Dealing with Sex Maniac*, Afari explained that he believed in the health benefits of frequent sex, which resulted in surprising outcomes. He noted that while dating his Liberian girlfriend, he lost a lot of weight because of their daily sexual interactions.
Afari explained,
“I was in a relationship with a Liberian woman during a time of conflict in her country. Initially, I didn’t realize that the high frequency of sex could have a negative impact. While I was not personally troubled by it, my neighbors started noticing my weight loss.”
He shared that those people around made jokes about his situation, saying that the heavy segxwal activity could harm his health.
“People would warn me that the girl might ‘kill’ me. I didn’t consider her a sex addict; we just had a very active sex life. It was only later, when I started learning about the effects of excessive segxwal activity, that I understood the potential health risks,”
Afari added.
The therapist’s straightforward comment has triggered discussions on how segxwal activity influences physical health and the importance of having balanced relationships.
