Prominent content creator Kemi Ikuseedun, widely recognized as Mummy Wa has shared her strategy for approaching 2025 with a sense of balance and purpose.
In an interview with Saturday Beats regarding her activities in the New Year, she stated, “I have taken the opportunity to focus on specific narratives and other projects I wish to pursue. I am dedicating time to develop these stories further and to conduct more research on the character development of certain individuals I aim to portray.”
In contemplating her accomplishments in 2024, Mummy Wa conveyed her gratitude for the audience engagement that her inaugural film, ‘My Sunshine’, garnered.
“I am very happy that it even had one million views. There is no good thing that does not come without criticisms. If it’s good, it will definitely come with a lot of people’s opinions about it. I am just happy that at least, people got to watch it.”When asked about how she avoids pressures in the New Year, Mummy Wa said, “I am not rushing into anything. I am taking my time to avoid any New Year pressure. There are a lot of things I don’t allow to influence me. I try my best not to rush into things, but also not to procrastinate.”
She added that though she was not anticipating any challenge, if they came, she would be ready for them.
“What are challenges if we cannot overcome them? Then they don’t become challenges; they become failures,” she ended.
