Tunde Ednut, a well-known social media star, recently shared a funny and wise story from his past on Instagram.
Ednut talked about something that happened in 2017 in the US regarding Peter Okoye, who is one half of the famous Nigerian music duo P-Square.
According to the story, Ednut was at a strip club when he got into an unexpected situation that taught him an important lesson about life.
Ednut says that Peter Okoye called him to the strip club when he was still broke.
Peter Okoye gave Tunde Ednut a wrap of one-dollar bills to spray on the girls as part of the fun for the night.
But Ednut made a different choice because he didn’t have enough money. Instead of spending the money as intended, he discreetly pocketed the cash and left the club, leaving Peter Okoye and his friends behind.
In order to show his appreciation, he thanked Peter for the surprise windfall.
After thinking about what happened, Ednut told his fans to always be careful and make smart choices, especially when money is tight.
He wrote:
“2017, in America. Peter Psquare carry me go strip club. I was broke.
He gave me bundle of one one dollar to spray on top n@ked women wey dey dance. Omo, I pocket am, left him, his friends and went home. He made my night.
