Olalekan Jacob Ponle, also known as Mr. Woodberry, a Hushpuppi associate, has utilised social media to convey a powerful message to Nigerians following his release from the FBI for money laundering.
Remember that on May 29, 2024, Gistlover reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had released Notorious Internet fraudster Woodberry.
Mr. Woodberry was apprehended in Dubai on June 10, 2020, at the same time as his close associate Ramon Hushpuppi Abbas, who is presently serving an 11-year sentence for a comparable fraud crime.
Gistlover reported in April 2023 that Woodberry, a close associate of Hushpuppi, pleaded guilty to internet fraud and stipulated that he would forfeit his opulent assets in Dubai and pay $8 million (N6B) in restitution to victims.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) suggested that Mr. Woodberry, Hushpuppi’s associate, could be released in July 2023 after he sold his 152 bitcoins, which were valued at N3.6 billion.
Today, August 9, 2024, Woodberry eventually affirmed to all that he had been released by the FBI, despite the fact that many remain sceptical of his release.
Woodberry finally breaks the silence in the post that was shared via the insta-stories section of his official Instagram page.
According to Woodberry, he has an immense amount of faith in God, and as a result, he has no deficiencies. He stated,
“God is my source, I will lack nothing.”
