“I am not one to be fluttered”- Ruth Kadiri issues out a PSA to those claiming her movies are too predictable [Video]

Ruth Kadiri, an actress in Nollywood, has a message for movie critics.

The movie star informed them she isn’t worried by their analysis in a video she shared on her Instagram page.

She claims that she has been the target of numerous complaints about how predictable her films have been.

Ruth Kadiri compared how predictable Hollywood and other foreign films are, yet people continue to watch them.

Despite the predictability of her films, she believes that what important is the narration.

“I have heard people say that they watched my movie and it was predictable. When you say the movie is predictable in your attempt to help me, you sound foolish. Because when you watch foreign movies and know the predict the end of the movie, you still watch it to the end regardless of being able to predict the end from the beginning.

In an attempt to tell complicated stories, that’s where we miss it. Why are you trying to complicate a life that’s not complicated? It’s how I tell the story that matters.

Writers, please stop trying to over-impress people. Life is already predictable”.
