Famous Nigerian singer, Charles Chibueze Chukwu, popularly known as Crayon, revealed that he felt sad when he didn’t blow immediately after mavin signed him
He said that he wondered if he wasn’t talented enough and why people were not recognizing him.
Crayon said in a series of tweets, that he spoke to his boss, Don Jazzy, about it and the producer encouraged him that he will be a huge success but the process takes time.
He tweeted; ”Last year December I was crying a baby like wtf is happening to me like I’m not talented enough to get gigs abi no be sing too correct, jackpot , sofine , and all those other dope records! But now I’ve lost count of how many shows I have done! I’m grateful ❤️🙏🏽
I remember going to JAZZY’s house crying to him like baba Wetin dey sup why them dey do like say them no dey see me! Haaaa JAZZY sha! The reassurance every time! Baba go say calm down! No worry I no dey rush you I understand when your time come you go POP! And you go POP crazy!!!!”
