Chinedu Okoye, also known as Flavour, a Nigerian musician, has revealed that staying healthy involves discipline and determination.
Flavour stated that his physical body type is maintained through his eating habits and physical activities.
The highlife artist revealed this in her debut podcast with former Aviation Minister Osita Chidoka on Tuesday.
The ‘Obodo’ singer claims he does not eat breakfast. Despite being an Igbo man, he does not’swallow’. He noted that he consumes less carbohydrates.
Flavour claimed he drinks herbal tea in the mornings and eats around 5 p.m. every day.
N’abania (2nite) singer claimed that he works out for two hours per day to maintain his physical health.
“Nwanne, it is tough, but I will try. First, I don’t eat in the morning; I drink herbal tea and eat at about 5 pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I consume minimal carbs. Third, I work out 2 hours a day,” he said.
When Chidoka asked if his diet, including drinking herbal tea in the morning, did not expose him to Ulcer, Flavour replied that his herbal tea is homemade.
He also said that he adds seasonings to his herbal tea to prevent Ulcers.
“My homemade herbal tea takes care of that; I add condiments that keep ulcers away,” he answered.
