Ejikeme Mmesoma has apologized publicly to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
She apologized for the alleged falsification of her unified tertiary matriculation examination (UTME).
Mmesoma spoke before an ad hoc committee of the House of Representatives examining the alleged fabrication of results on Wednesday.
Ishaq Oloyede, JAMB registrar, and top board directors also spoke before the committee.
Ejikeme asked for leniency in order to get the ban placed on her lifted.
“I feel a debt of pain for letting you down,” she admitted.
