A video appeared online showing the moment actor Junior Pope begged the boat driver, telling him he has three children and pleading to be the one to raise them before drowning in a boat accident.

In the video, the supposed voice of the actor, who was later confirmed dead in a boat accident, can be heard pleading the boat driver.

Junior Pope can be heard saying, “Abeg no vex, you hear? Na only me them born, no vex. Baba, you dey run, na only me them born, ooo. I get three children, na me go raise them.”

The actor’s appeals for aid were repeated throughout the video, which was posted online several hours after he was reported dead.
