“I Have Bought Two Benz Since My Last Birthday,” Blaqbonez Says

Nigerian singer, Akumefule Chukwu-Emeka, popularly known as Blaqbonez has bragged about owning two Benz since he celebrated his last birthday.

The ‘Mr. Boombastic” crooner made this known on his Instagram page.

“Its 2 days to my birthday, and this time last year i was crowd funding for a benz.

I’ve bought 2 since then”.

On April 30, BlaqBonez debut his 14-track album, “Sex Over Love,” which featured the likes of Tiwa Savage, Nasty C, Joeboy, Amaarae, Buju, Cheque, PsychoYP, 1da Banton, Laycon and Bad Boy Timz.

The album is the emcee’s first body of work since “Mr. Boombastic” (2019), which debuted at #1 on Apple Music’s top album chart. It also follows his previous work, “Bad Boy Blaq” (2018) and “Bad Boy Blaq Re-Up” (2019).

In 2019, BlaqBonez was profiled by The New York Times as one of the new talents in Nigerian music.
