DJ Chicken, a controversial disc jockey, has reacted after being beaten to a pulp by some Abu Abel supporters in Lagos.
In the wee hours of yesterday, a video surfaced online showing a group of men ambushing DJ Chicken and beating him to a pulp over claims that he made fun of the socialite during one of his live sessions on Instagram, telling him that he was nothing.
DJ Chicken explained what occurred and apologized to anyone he had previously intimidated and insulted during an Instagram live session.
He said, “See the beating I received today, I have never received it before. My arm is broken, I want to go and massage it at home. My fans, something is wrong with me. See don’t ever disrespect people that will beat you up and forget you in jail.
I have smoked the wrong weed today. The beating was too much. After this, if I mess up, kill me or send me to jail. I give you the order. After this, if I make a mistake, tell them to kill me or send me to jail. Honestly! They beat me today, it wasn’t a small one. There are some people that are bosses. I met the bosses today.
You know what, after this one if I ever disrespect you again just kill me. Please forgive me. From now on, I will be living my life quietly. This life is not hard.”
The controversial disc jockey, DJ Chicken reportedly meets an ambush at the hands of a popular socialite, Abu Abel who had him beaten to a pulp by a group of men.
DJ Chicken had allegedly ridiculed the socialite during one of his live sessions on Instagram where he belittled him and stated that he amounts to nothing. In reaction, Abu Abel lured the disc jockey to a location where he was met by the socialite’s gang.
He was beaten mercilessly with plank and every object in sight after which he was made to retract his statement and apologize to Abu Abel on a live-streaming session.
With swollen eyes and a bleeding mouth, DJ Chicken obliged the request and was told to roll back and forth on a sandy surface.
