Nollywood actress and filmmaker Yvonne Jegede has been left distraught after losing one of her children to cholera.
Taking to Instagram, the movie actor and producer said that she has been paying three children’s education on her own; regrettably, one of them died from Cholera.
She met the deceased, Olamide, when he was in Primary 4, and he was due to start JS3 after the summer vacation before passing away.
She added that two more children graduated from secondary school yesterday, one of which is Olamide’s sister. She added that, while she does not have all of the money in the world, this makes my life complete.
Yvonne Jegede stated that she hasn’t known how she has done it since 2019, but God has provided enough to see them through. She wrote:
“I’m heartbroken because I lost one of my children to cholera. Olamide and I met when he was in primary 4 and was supposed to go to JSS3 after this summer break. The news broke my heart. I am also happy 2 of my children graduated yesterday from secondary school, and one of them is Olamide’s sister. I don’t have all the money in the world, but this makes my world complete. Since 2019 till date, I don’t know how I do it, but my God provides enough to carry them through.

In other news, Nedu, a well-known media personality, has refuted actress Yvonne Jegede’s claims that he harbors a dislike for women based on his past experiences.
In response to Yvonne Jegede’s criticism, Nedu, who hosts a podcast called ‘The Honest Bunch,’ clarified that he has three daughters and a female manager.
He also emphasized that the majority of the people in his life are women. Therefore, the accusation that he hates women is completely false.
Speaking in a message shared via his Instagram page, he said, “In the past episodes [of The Honest Bunch podcast], I must have said some things that upset a few people that has led to some of you saying I hate women.
“I don’t hate women. I don’t. My manager is a woman, I’ve got three beautiful daughters, and pretty much everyone around me is a woman. So I don’t know where all that thinking is coming from.”
