‘I Need to Strike Balance from Being Real and Diplomatic’ – UK-Based Nigerian Youtuber Defends His Comment

Emdee Tiamiyu, a Nigerian YouTuber, has justified his past remark on Nigerians who obtain UK student visas.

Emdee Tiamiyu, a Nigerian YouTuber, is currently making waves after stating in an interview with the BBC that most Nigerians who obtain student visas do so for a different reason than to study.

He said;

“So, the student thing is not real. It is not like they need the degrees.

“They need the degree as an access road to come into the country, so a lot of these people their priorities shifted real fast.”

In a new interview with Daddy Freeze on Instagram Live, the YouTuber, Emdee Tiamiyu defended his comment saying that people get offended for hearing the truth. He further disclosed that he was misunderstood and misinterpreted by many.
