Terna Tarka, the ex-husband of reality actress Venita Akpofure, has stepped up to refute his ex-wife’s allegations regarding Tiv Men.
Remember that Venita caused controversy when she asserted on the reality show BBNaija that “Tiv men give their wives to visitors for entertainment purposes?”
The Tiv people of North Central Nigeria were incensed by her allegation, and many of them demanded that she be sued.
Consequently, Hon. Tarkighir has proposed a lawsuit against Venita and Big Brother Naija for giving her “the mega platform to defame the Tiv tribe.”
Three weeks following the conclusion of the episode, Venita’s ex-husband made counterclaims to his ex-wife’s assertion that TIV males offer their wives to guests in order to satiate their lusts.
