‘I Now Buy The Things I Used To Criticize’ — Adekunle Gold

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Adekunle Gold has made an interesting revelation about himself on Twitter as he revealed on the micro-blogging platform how poverty can make one dislike something.

In what seems like his experience after coming out of poverty, Adekunle Gold said that now he buys the things he criticized probably because he has the purchasing power.

Reacting to this a follower identified as Olatunch69 noted that this is the story of his life as all these expensive things he used to buy now, about 6 years ago he would ask himself why putting so much money to buy those things.

Meanwhile Reality TV show winner 2019 winner, Mercy Eke, has described her last relationship as a disaster.

The reality’s last known relationship was with fellow BBNaija star, Ike Onyeama and they dated for over a year before they parted ways.

She said in the short clip, my last relationship…it was a total disaster, disastrous.

This is coming after her Ex, Ike Onyeama also gave reasons why his relationship with his fellow reality star hit the rocks.

In an interview with Vanguardlive TV, Ike blamed the social media for playing a major role in their break up.

According to Ike, “I will like to date a lady that is intelligent, pretty much independent and not so freaked about social media. I believe social media brings a lot of negative vibes from people when it comes to relationship”.
