Music executive Ubi Franklin has sparked considerable discussion by disclosing that he is in debt to the tune of approximately 30 million naira, while also addressing the criticism he has faced on social media.
This revelation comes in the wake of reports indicating that Ubi Franklin was dismissed by Chioma Rowland, the spouse of Afrobeats icon Davido.
The speculation was further intensified by the apparent absence of the entire DMW crew from Ubi Franklin’s birthday celebrations on social media, an occurrence that many found peculiar.
In a recent online video, Ubi Franklin stated that his current debt is around 30 million naira, while he is owed a substantial 782 million naira, which he characterized as a typical aspect of business operations.
“I am not going to say I don’t owe anybody. The total number of money I’m owing is not more than 30 million naira, while people are owing me almost 782 million “, He stated.
In response to the backlash on social media, Ubi Franklin emphasized that he does not seek validation, dismissing the criticism as unnecessary.
