“I regret what I did” – Man confesses to bewitching brother’s son out jealousy

  • A repentant man admits to bewitching his brother’s son out of jealousy, leading to his joblessness.
  • The man confirmed his actions on Facebook, feeling contrite over his actions.
  • The man reported that his daughter and brother’s son had both been admitted to university.

A remorseful individual has admitted to causing his nephew’s unemployment by placing a curse on him out of jealousy.

He publicly acknowledged his actions on a Facebook platform, expressing deep regret for his behavior.

The man explained that both his daughter and his brother’s son had been accepted into university. However, after his daughter became pregnant and had to withdraw from her studies, he felt envious of his brother’s son, who was able to continue his education.

In a moment of desperation, he sought the assistance of a herbalist to cast a spell on the young man, which ultimately resulted in his joblessness after graduation.

Now, the man has expressed his remorse and a desire to make amends for his past actions.

His words …

“Please keep me anonymous. In 2021 my brother’s son was doing his last year at varsity and my daughter fell pregnant during first year and dropped out. I went to a sangoma [Native doctor] to block my nephew from getting a job after completing his studies. I was just jealous that he would be more successful than my daughter. He has been struggling to get a job since he graduated. Earlier this year I got saved and I’m now a staunch churchgoer. I regret what I did in 2021. I have been praying hard for God to reverse it but it’s not working. I can’t go back to the sangoma because I don’t associate with evil spirits anymore. But it hurts me to see my educated nephew struggling to find a job. My daughter works at a tuchshop owned by a Pakistani. What must I do?”
