“I Share Everything I Have With My Mom” – Singer Tems Reveals

    Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, known as Tems, who has received a Grammy Award, has revealed that she shares everything with her mother.

    In an interview with ET during the 67th annual Grammy Awards held in Los Angeles on Sunday, she emphasized the special bond she has with her mother.

    “What I have is hers [my mother’s]. We share everything I have,” she said.

    Regarding her Grammy achievement, she expressed, “I am grateful to God. I feel thankful. This is truly a blessing. I consider myself extremely blessed and favored. I aim to share that in any way possible.”

    Tems’ song “Love Me Jeje” earned the Best African Music Performance award at the Grammys on Sunday.

    While accepting the award, she dedicated it to her mother.

    The artist has previously mentioned that she and her brother were raised solely by their mother.

    In other news, Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, known as Portable, has been openly sharing his thoughts about Olamide Adedeji, also called Baddoo.

    Recently, Portable stirred up a lot of attention online when he criticized Olamide, saying that he used Asake to compete against him in the music scene by giving more attention to Asake.

    Shortly after Portable’s remarks about Olamide, the Zazu star shared a screenshot on his Instagram stories. This screenshot was from a chat in 2023 where Portable expressed his disappointment with Olamide.

    Right after Portable called out Olamide, the Zazu star took to his Instagram stories to share a 2023 chat screenshot.

    In this chat, Portable voiced his frustration with Olamide for helping him gain fame and then not supporting him anymore. He mentioned that Baddoo was the one who brought him into the industry but has now turned his back on him.

    Portable shared a screenshot of their chat and added a note encouraging Olamide to keep supporting him. In his words:

    “Bado na baba. Make him dey support me dey go, na him bring me. God bless Olamide Bado. Make my helper no stop to dey help me.”
