May Edochie, the former wife of actor Yul Edochie, discusses her reasons for saying no to movie roles, even when the pay is substantial.
According to GistLover, May Edochie made her Nollywood debut in Omoni Oboli’s film, ‘Uprising,’ which came out last month.
In an exclusive chat, May Edochie mentioned that she turned down generous offers from prominent Nollywood filmmakers.
May Edochie shared her reasons for passing on attractive movie roles, highlighting her skill in handling different types of work.
She revealed that she almost declined Omoni Oboli’s offer to act in ‘Uprising’ before ultimately agreeing to join the film.
“For the past two years, I’ve received scripts, movie roles, and mouth-watering offers, but I rejected everything”, May Edochie stated.
Speaking further about her versatility, May Edochie said, “‘I’m a master of all trades, and there’s a whole lot I can do if I put my mind to it”.
