Well-known gospel actor Abel Martins has declared that he will no longer take part in any Christian movie projects.
He shared this news while discussing a negative experience he had while working with the well-known filmmaker Mike Bamiloye.
In a recent interview with Dele Adeyanju on “The Journey,” Martins expressed feelings of betrayal from his fellow industry colleagues.
“I know we have come to fight a war in this world. Heavy is part of why I make up my mind that I won’t take part in any Christian production again.”
He added that his regular work with filmmaker Mike Bamiloye caused jealousy among his peers, which resulted in a harmful scheme to damage his reputation.
Martins expressed gratitude to Mike Bamiloye for his constant support and honesty, noting that he was there for him during tough times.
