Recall that the singer went away at some point in 2023 under questionable circumstances, prompting the authorities to launch a death inquiry.
Mohbad’s father shared his emotions on the picture-sharing website Instagram on Wednesday, expressing how terrible the day had been for him.
He posted a little clip of his musical remembrance of his late kid along with a heartfelt comment about how sad he was to lose him.
“Today is a very sad day for me, a day I can never forget. I usually celebrate it every year but I can’t anymore this year. (Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Mohbad Oba Imole keep resting son),” he wrote.
On his Instagram story post, he continued, “MY HEART GONE, I LOVE YOU MOHBAD EVEN IN DEATH. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU MOHBAD, You came to this Sinful World today exactly 27 years ago. I wish I could wake you up and see you standing there.
“Then I would know that it was just a nightmare.
